CGA Model Clause featured on Tales of the Tribunal

The Campaign for Greener Arbitrations Corporate Task Force developed the Model Clause for Company Outside Counsel Retention. The Model Clause was nominated for the Campaign for Greener Arbitrations Global Arbitration Review Award for Sustainable Behavior. Through this Model Clause, the Task Force aims to provide outside corporate counsel with a set of tools that outside counsel can use to minimize the environmental impact of corporate dispute resolution activities.

The Model Clause was recently featured on Chris Campbell’s dispute resolution digest "Tales of the Tribunal".
