Campaign for Greener Arbitrations Unveils Expanded 2026 Virtual Hearings Toolkit, Now Covering 54 Institutions
NEW YORK, NY – April 7, 2026 – The Campaign for Greener Arbitrations (CGA) North America Committee today announced the release of the 2026 version of its Arbitration Tech and Virtual Hearings Toolkit. This significantly updated resource now includes information on 30 new arbitral institutions, bringing the total coverage to 54, and features revised guides for leading bodies such as WIPO, NYIAC, ICC, and ICSID. The Toolkit continues to serve as a practical guide for arbitrators and practitioners committed to conducting arbitrations in alignment with the CGA’s Green Protocols.

The expansion reflects a growing global commitment to environmentally responsible dispute resolution.
“The 2026 Toolkit represents a substantial leap forward in our mission to embed sustainable practices into international arbitration,” said Olivier André, Co-Chair of the CGA North America Committee. “By expanding our coverage to 54 institutions, we are providing practitioners with an even more comprehensive and actionable resource. This update underscores the global momentum towards greener arbitrations and our collective responsibility to minimize the environmental impact of dispute resolution.”
