New York Arbitration Week - Greener arbitration: insights from the next generation of legal scholarship

Join the Campaign for Greener Arbitration-North American Committee (CGA-NA) for a special event celebrating the future of sustainable arbitration. This session features a dynamic panel discussion with distinguished practitioners and academics empaneled as judges for the inaugural CGA-NA/Haub Law at Pace University greener arbitration writing competition. The panelists will delve into the key themes and emerging trends from the excellent legal scholarship submitted, offering unique insights into the evolution of greener practices. The discussion will conclude with the announcement of the competition’s winning author, after which attendees will proceed to the NYAW cocktail reception.

*This event will be preceded by the CGA Green Walk, taking place from 3:00 - 4:00 pm in New York City Hall Park, adjacent to our venue at Pace University’s downtown campus. Further details to follow.
